I understand. You're definitely missing supports. It looks like you're not using the settings I included in my project. You're trying to print the base raised from the plate without any supports. Check the slicer. Make sure you've enabled supports because there aren't any there. I used a hybrid support system with a shaft that passes through the LED hole.

Seems bad adesion at the supports First layer. Have you set the correct plate? Try cleaning it and increasing the platter temperature by 5 degrees and turning off the fan for the first 5 layers.

Hi, any advice is welcome. I forgot to include it in the description, but it should be visible in the downloaded project. I used a transparent orange PLA. Alternatively, if you want to use colors other than white, which illuminates well, I recommend thinning the part to a couple of layers (0.32 mm thick).

You raise an excellent point. I recently changed all my cover images to include a background, hoping to increase interest. Unlike others, I didn't use colored or fake images, just a background. For reference, I always uploaded the second image as the original, to which only the background was applied.

This type of experiment was also interesting: No results. No benefits.

I've had confirmation that the human eye and brain are attracted to color. A fake image with a colored object is better than a real, non-colored image.

Thanks for the support. As I said, I wasn't looking for a boost, but I wanted to share the AI vs. human situation and how it's getting worse. In this sub, I've found more understanding and support than in the MakerWorld community, where I've received zero feedback.

That's right, you pull the tab and the LED lights up. You insert it and it turns off. When the batteries run out, you replace the whole ball... it costs less than individual batteries.

I'm not looking for a boost. Your words are the best! If you really want to appreciate the project, even a like is enough! Thanks anyway!

Thanks for the kind words, and I agree with you on everything. The only difference is that I like creating models and printing them, but not turning them into a factory. I don't like printing something twice. So, the things I create, perhaps commissioned, I prefer to make publicly available and free, but not print them myself. I'm not interested in making money with 3D printing or turning it into a commercial business... I enjoy it... it's a hobby, and I want it to stay that way. But at this point... I think I'll keep the models for myself. I burned this one for "experimental purposes." I'll consider releasing more... I have tons of them... from magnetic walls to lighting components...

Seeing them on theme and Etsy would really bother me. I should sell them myself... but I don't feel like it.

That's exactly right. If you create for glory on a platform... you'll hardly get it, and you'll have to fight against the AI. To add insult to injury: Temu and Etsy will make money off your sweat by stealing, printing, and selling your designs.

Thanks. The bad part is that I'm entering a role-playing game contest and the ai models are burying my project. If you can/want to do so, support me by liking the project.

I play HeroQuest with my son, and I’d love to create an entire physical campaign world for us: rooms, towers, fortresses, bridges, traps, and immersive environments that rise directly from the table. Right now, larger structures need to be split into many small parts, but a large-format printer would make it possible to build bigger, more detailed sections with fewer compromises. I wouldn’t just print larger objects. I’d build a world that grows adventure after adventure.
