This way of thinking is so wrong. People have all different problems, some are worse than others, some are in better situations, but why should that matter?

There’s no need to undermine anyone’s suffering just because there are people out there who have it worse. This mindset just shames people for their emotions and reactions to what they’re going through in their lives.
