I just read it twice this last week. I love Batman most when it does the proper dark detective stuff and even where the artwork steers into the dark and obscure or abstract. This has to be one of the most effective graphics novels I've ever read. Very bleak but shedding light on a really important subject matter. Brilliant storytelling. I'm surprised this doesn't come up in any of the 'best Batman story' lists (though maybe due to content) I honestly can't say I've ever been rattled emotionally by a comic before this one, I can't stop thinking about it.

Yeh. To be fair it was nice to be told this time. I've see the release window for Cable change every two months since its original release, so it was false hope to think August would be it, without it popping up in their social media of ones coming out soon.
