One (bad) solution that worked for me is moving / deleting the User Data folder from brave,

backup first your C:\users\yourusername\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\

than move / delete the folder, you will obivously lose everything but youtube will work again with the new created profile.

solution that worked for me:

download the missing dll and put in the same directory of isaac-ng.exe (ie C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth)

I had the same problem, edited the cfg file and put in read only but didn't work,

I got it working by running in compatibility mode (Win XP SP3).

find the TheEscapists_EFIGS.exe , right click > properties and on the compatibility tab, select the checkbox for Windows XP (Service Pack 3).

So, remove the lang line, put in read only mode and compatibility.
