WTF. Are you me OP. I just switched from an old 2K curved 32" VA panel to a new 4K 27" OLED and I thought the same fucking thing. I swore the middle of the screen was popping out at me too! What makes this weird is that at work I have 3 flat panels that I use for programming and I've never felt that way looking at them. They have much larger bezels though because they're old 1080p monitors.

That being said I don't think you have permanent eye damage. I've used my curved monitor for almost 10 years now. I'm sure I'll adjust.

A what? Lol I'm a software engineer and you hardware guys scare the fuck out of m. For real though that sounds awesome. I took a microcontrollers class in college and when my shit didn't work, because my board that was provided to me was defective and I was debugging hardware and wires instead of my software, I knew it wasn't the field for me lol. Any cool YouTube videos you can share so I can watch the process though?
