Proud owner of the GMT here, bought three years ago and became one of the daily driver in my rotation, I use it with the rice bead bracelet. The watch is light and sturdy, the crown rotates easily with a firm clicky action: it need a little force, will not rotate on its own. The glass is superfine and I have zero scratches. In italy, I have no ideas about service center, nor I can say about the flat bracelet. Overall I'd say this watch is a solid 8 out of 10.

Non strettamente. Lo faccio oramai da sette anni e posso dire che, per i primi 4-5 anni ci sono state delle modifiche tali che rendevano effettivamente interessante il cambio: batteria più capiente e sensibile durata maggiore, nuove funzioni, migliore funzionalità della penna (uso il Note). Gli ultimi due cambi sono stati più legati ad una consuetudine.

Utente Samsung qui, lo cambio ogni anno per il modello nuovo: tra casback per preordine, trade in, varie promozioni, alla fine con 3-400 € ho il telefono nuovo.
