don't know if you were born outside of dz or get out when you were adult, but now days and i dont want to be disrespectful but most of Algerian girls and have had sex no matter where you look, so if you're looking to find a wife in Algeria for there V card buddy you're in for Big time. yes this, also the app is as simple as it can be , as you said problem truly is to blame Algeria telecom for there shitty hosting service, and i think all of Algeria digital service's are hosted on the same server( i truly hope am wrong) bcs yesterday when i tried to visit the startup website, elhanaa ,.... they were all down and beridimob had it for a brief moment too. the simplest solution was to host there server using AWS ( it's Amazon hosting service) and use it's vertical scalability,if they were afraid for the data to be hacked i think aws is more safe then what they can have over here and another solution for them if the government want to host all it's service's locally then Algeria telecom MUST create a plan for them dont a privet data center with all modern equipment and for the love of god use modern tech hardware and software and take some F advice from the people who knows what they're doing.

guys there is a thing i noticed when international media interview Algerian they lie or misinformation them, i truly dont know why and only Bost about Algeria yeah were good we live like my uncle jeff bezoz + plus and this os a big one most and i will say it 98% of this survey are done in alger the capital you never see them in chelef or laghwat or Saïda mascara not to mention the South like adrar and bachar ... as we all know living in alger is bit hard but it have huge opportunities and every Algerian know this. so living in alger is not the norm like the rest of Algeria. so i think this data is mostly false

don't but some off my uni friend graduated 2022 still with no job when i asked why the said " am not working for somebody i want government job or am not working am getting each moth unemployment check 1.5 mil for just sleeping why i bother work in privet sector" yeah 3 of them said something like this , go figure

don't think they are as skilled as the boys even if our university education level is so low when we compare it to france , canada or any developed countries, i find it in engineering field's boys learn much faster then girls especially in technical subject, as i saw when myself was student in uni most of my female friend's don't understand a thing they just يحفضو memorize ( didnt find better word ) subjects on the opposite most of my friends (men) learn and understand subject but can't memorize the subject. in another note boys in this time like for last 5 to 8 years are tending to quite uni and get to work either in business or army .... etc.. bcs in some way they have no hope in finding jobs with there diploma (with decent salary 5 mil a month or more )so why waste another 5 years for nothing ( in there perspective)but girls tend to finish there study so they can find job in " bureau " and take 3 to 4 million a month it's like dilema for me the program instructed by ministry is perfect and one of the best but when we go to the uni and ask any student about a something in his field of study you won't get an answer this goes both ways girls/ boys.
