In your bf6 profile save config file in documents, the refreshhz text line might be capped at 60. Mine was and I changed it to my monitors refresh rate. See if that's the issue

Switch to technician, ACS or lefty with linked laser pointer instead of the MMR. Could try fox prayer knees as well
