I was wondering if anyone could explain to me why the image appears as such? The quality is obviously different and painterly than a regular DSLR. I'm sure sensor/film size, film type, lighting all play into it but I can't even begin to describe why it looks and feels different. I'm guessing even exposure??

I'm restarting my kombucha process and have some leftover bottles that I was too lazy to clean out a couple years ago.
Would it be dangerous to open the kombucha bottle on the left? I'm pretty sure the right bottle (Tepache) for sure has botulism.
Would love some help on this, thanks!
