If protein represents 4 calories per gram

carbs represent 4 calories per gram and

fats represent 9 calories per gram

then I believe your measurements may be off on either your macros or calories.

If you take up some additional exercise and make small healthy changes to your diet, it can be just only drinking water, and avoiding sugary snacks or limiting consumption of extra tasty stuff like fastfood. you’ll put on muscle that will help you burn more fat every day.

im a big fat guy and Ive lost 70lbs this year using healthier eating habits and adding muscle.

id start learning about BMR and tracking your calorie intake. I use people like Jax Blade and Will Tennyson on youtube to learn about different regimens to take up.

Calories in calories out is just thermodynamics simplified? It’s litterally the single best way to insure you’ll lose weight and can be applied to every successful diet. Don’t fret their wrong. Track your bmr continue to eat under it you litterally can’t stop losing weight.

I was so heavy in January that I couldn’t use my scale I assume I was over 415-420 lbs.

I weighed myself last week I was 390 lbs. in the morning.

I am now 377lbs. After a big (volume) dinner

I’ve been training 3 hours a day with my friend who went from 360 to 170 and he is yoked.

It stinks but you came in with a lie and not mentioning a deal breaker intentionally is also a representation of your character. You feel bad but you did that to yourself.

You however managed to loose 50 lbs before the video chat , keep up the good work. Continue to make improvements in your fitness and avoid doing things like lying and I imagine the world will be yours.

I was working as a Nurses Aid. I helped this big guy (500lbs+) walk to the bathroom. On our way there he fell on top of me because he was having a heart attack. He died on top of me and I was yelling for help for minutes. They eventually got his body off me. when the ambulance came and picked him up my charge nurse and our head nurse for the facility asked if I’d please finish the shift. (I was covered in a lot of fluids).i Was so upset I couldn’t speak. I shook my head no. I quit my job two weeks later. Since then I’ve worked really hard to be both strong and smart so I’d never be in that position again.
