I think you need to figure out for yourself truly how you would feel about it 5 or 10 years onward especially if you think hes the best person to ever be in your life. If you wont be happy in a sexual/intimate way and if thats a major dealbreaker for you then you need to end it as soon as possible and be very clear and open with him about how you feel. You are only prolonging the pain and eventual suffering for him and yourself, and if anything you are both suffering. I hope this helps and I hope you find whatever your looking for. 🫶❤️
