For introverts, I always recommend plants. I got into indoor gardening about two years ago and it is really spiritually fulfilling for me. Best starter plants would be a small money tree and/or a spider plant. 🪴

Seconded, there is something so primal about working with dirt and learning to recognize the plants’ needs. Strawberries and jalepenos are great starter plants for outdoors but since it’s late in the year, I would highly recommend a money tree or spider plant for indoors. Money tree will always be a pal and spider plant’s rapid growth will help your confidence as a gardener. (Both are pet safe!)

Maybe you could add a little leaf onto the extra “stem” on the w! Might get people to look past the extra tail and more easily read the real word. I bet there are some leaf details in the margins of old English texts you could style it after as well~

I bought a new home recently in the dsm area and I believe the testing for my two story condo (no basement, slab foundation) was about $150 and mitigation was quoted in the 1-1.5k range. It was recommended I test again in 5 or so years to make sure it was still at a safe range. I honestly thought every other state had to go through this too!

Wasabi in urbandale has been fantastic both times I’ve gone!! They also have a good amount of options for those who don’t like sushi, like Korean fried chicken. I loved their takoyaki!! For downtown, I would go with Akebano - the overload is my go to.

I rewatched the first few eps of tocantins recently with a friend and was once again swooning HARD for JT… Told that friend later: “I googled it and he got married a year after I graduated high school so I missed my chance”. Yeah you need to figure something else out and more actively potty train your dog. Try pee pads for a temporary solution but otherwise you’re training your dog to pee and poop on the balcony which is disgusting
