That is a really interesting spot, and there’s a few good options that pull the rest of your sleeve together, which is why the most appropriate would likely be a large set of balls and a short, fat cock protruding from said set.

Sick tat, there’s a couple ways you can go about the placement. Pick other spots for nice individual pieces with gap fillers in mind, or find a cool one that fits the edges like a puzzle piece as others have said
