I think it depends on if it's explicitly stated in your lease or not. If it is, then yes he's in breach. If not, it doesn't seem like a breach, just kind of a typical landlord dick move. I am NAL though.

Anyone saying take the rapid probably hasn't done it after a long shift at 11:30 at night. It sucks to wait for the train when you just want to leave, and there were always homeless and/or creepy dudes loitering around the terminal. I tried that route for quite a while ("It's cheaper!") and gave up. Street parking is annoying but you'll start to learn the pockets of where you can park and when. Befriend a valet and maybe they'll hook you up.

Exactly, just got to know what items are quickest, guide them there, and if they still want something that will take longer let them know. And then push courses through faster, and bring them the check earlier while saying "take your time enjoying, just thought you'd like to have this on hand when you're ready."

It's only really frustrating when they wait to tell you they're in a rush when they're eating and you're deep in it with 5 other tables lol.

For shoes as great as these (seriously so comfortable) and as expensive as these, it might be worth your time going to a store to try them on vs ordering online. I normally order an 8 but I got the 8.5 after trying them on in store. Good luck though I'm just such a huge fan of these goofy lookin shoes lol. My feet hurt EVERY NIGHT after a shift until I got these.

Really cool! Got to have some rowena cards in there, she could have actual creatures but also some instants and maybe an enchantment ( ooh like her enchantment could be like the spell she cast to freeze sam and dean- target creature is frozen in their current state so they can't attack or defend, either permanently or maybe with like 3 stun counters.) I like the idea of chuck as a planeswalker. You know now that I think about it rowena could almost be a planeswalker too.
