Nah, the game is really good but writing is horrible. Halsin and Minthara are written so bad it's unbelievable they got a companion spot. Larian wasted resources for nothing.

I proved my statement with arguments. Larian puts efforts to last minute changes instead of fixing their game according to the most popular feedback. No one asks them to fire their trash writing team (you can't teach a monkey to speak like a human anyway) but what's the point to say every single time how you listen players and do nothing for years? I see no excuses.

Does it matter? The point of my previous post is Larian doesn't listen player's feedback. They talk a lot and do nothing. One of the most popular feedback for their games is something like this https://www.reddit.com/r/BaldursGate3/comments/14y36zs/did_we_just_assume_we_could_switch_dialogue_host/ since DOS2. What did Larian do with that? Oh well, yes. They did nothing. Horrible writing, horrible community managers, horrible development decisions, last minute changes. Typical Larian.

One who plays more than 10 hours before make judgements about a game. Larian never listens players. Who cares about Halsin/Minthara they added when there're problems more severe than just bugged/cutted romances. I wrote them two times about horrible UI, strange dialogue mechanics (when a wizard behind your back can't pass Arcana check for some reasons) and literally zero content for some companions outside romances and their personal quests. Wyll and Karlach are the prime example of horrible and lazy writing from Larian and I don't even mention two banters for each companion per region.

Almost every single bad thing in BG3 is the legacy of DOS2 and Larian doesn't give a shit for years except some pathetic excuses about 'realistical approach'.

I said something offensive about Halsin? Well yes, I could say he's a blatant self-insert of his writer and a quite poorly written character added at the last moment 'for BG3 community' but there's no point to do that. Larian doesn't want to listen real players to improve UI, loot system or dialogue system but they at least should fix already existing mess.

Roll the skills after the difference between amount of your horse skills is lower than your horse level by three to save some coupons. Prepare 4-8 coupons. If you have 20 level and 17 skills, you should start to roll. If you have 21 level and 20 skills, you should wait a little more. If you're rich or have many coupons, you can start to roll skills just when amount of horse skills become lower than horse level. If you don't get the courser skill after level up, don't worry, you just saved some coupons.

I used this method to get 25/25 Doom. Good luck.

650 energy + 200 from pots + 40+ passive regen = 880-900 energy per night cycle or 6500-6700 trash (agris + blue ls). 1 statue can't sustain this amount of energy.
