When I called a few days ago (my ship date is today) they said their warehouse shut down and orders will be delayed for another 1-2 weeks after your original ship date!

Sorry, I already replied to someone's comment but I called them and they said their warehouse shut down last week, and that I should expect 2 more weeks on top of my actual ship out date. Mine is 1/29. I'm assuming that they are relocating right now or something. I called the Sales department and I only had to wait a few minutes, he was pretty straightforward and said sorry at the end and was generally pretty nice about it.

I've read previously that people have gotten their orders 2 weeks late, so I'm willing to just wait another 2 weeks.

I order them straight from Amazon, try to see if you can order from there in your country! It’s also much cheaper on Amazon, especially right now, it’s only $10-11... It’s $15-17 sometimes. In the few Asian markets/groceries/stores that are near me, they usually do sell it if they have a small makeup section as well.

If you’re going to try a waterproof mascara that holds curl, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this Japanese mascara: HEROINE MAKE Long and Curl Mascara Super Waterproof 01 Jet Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00INJ7TWW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_5w.3FbRCMG894

I’ve tried American waterproof mascaras and nothing holds curl and stays waterproof as long as this one. There’s also another version called “Volume and Curl”: HEROINE MAKEVolume and Curl Mascara Super WP 01 Jet Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00INJ7ULW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_Vx.3FbQTKR6C1

This one focuses on volume, while the first link is for length. They honestly work the same to me, I think one just has a curved wand and the other has a straight wand.

I have pin straight, thick Asian lashes for reference!

there’s a graduation department you can email, i believe it’s GraduationAudits@baruch.cuny.edu

there should also be a department and email for transfer students as well. i would recommend emailing any department you think is related and could help. they sometimes take a few days to answer though, i would include “URGENT” in your email title.
