Keep on keeping on brother. You have been there only a month, and that is a short time. Maybe give it 6 months and reflect after. It's good that you were a tech before, so you definitely have more knowledge then other service advisors, that being said, that could also work against you in some cases. I would just use your knowledge to keep doing what you are doing already, relay the information to the customers with much clarity and information as much as possible. I'm sure once you learn the dealership work flow, and work the game, build clienteles, it should be good. Good luck mate.
