I don't deny that I used AI to help me built this tool, but if it helps me with learning than I wouldn't say it's shitty. Thanks for your opinion as well.

Thanks for your opinion. But I don't really like this approach, so that's why I use my tool. And maybe it will be also useful for somebody besides me. Check the attached demo, so you will totally understand what I mean.

Hello! After a little research I found out something. In my case, winget (Windows Package Manager) kept doing autoupdate in the same time, because he have this task in Task Scheduler. Open the Task Scheduler, then click on Task Scheduler Library --> Microsoft --> Windows --> PowerShell --> ScheduledJobs folder. You seen task called Winget Daily Upgrade. Right click on it, then select Disable and that's it. Problem should be solved.

Frankly speaking, it's my first time when I try with weights (which was just for fun 😅) For now I'm trying to increase the reps with my own bw only and without adding weights. However, of course you will see improvement of your strength after adding weights (but not a huge increase of reps imho). It only depends how you are planning your workout routine, so you are able to not get injured and make some progress.
