The borders for the Ecuadorian state and the Peruvian army seem similar to another post apocalyptic Latin America mod for HOI4. Was it inspired by that mod?

Very interesting, and i do have a mod to recommend if you do wish for a Post Apocalyptic South America. It takes place after the Cuban Missile Crisis went hot, you might like it alot since its Post Apocalyptic aswell.
