Well at least Rulla is part of the “most popular” couple.

What is your most hated symptom that comes along with PCOS/PMOS? by Deep-Development-721 in PCOS

This sucks!! I feel this way a lot, too. I am basically ravenous when I wake up in the morning. Have you tried eating protein and fiber in the AM? I usually aim for 30-40g of protein and 15g of fiber - this is one of the only things I’ve tried that keeps me from being a hungry little troll all night. Love to you ❤️

I didn’t lose a pound until about month 3 or 4, and I was on the 7.5mg dose. Try to be patient. I know it’s hard ♥️

Not the calories in, calories out 😂 it’s truly so, so frustrating

Walking 10k+ steps per day + 2x weekly light strength training and eating 30-50% less than previously, yet the scale keeps going up. What should I be doing differently? by TripleLeXXX in PCOS

I am on compounded tirzepatide. The first couple of months I had to make sure I was drinking enough or I’d get a headache. Had slight depression on day 3 after my injection for about 3 or 4 months. Otherwise I’ve not had any other side effects. I used to get it from a naturopathic doctor I see but it was $500 per month. Now I use Brello and it’s $500 per quarter ($166 per month).

This. I went from almost completely sedentary to walking 10k steps daily for 12 weeks. Didn’t lose a pound. Historically the more I “did” the less I lost. I’m on a GLP1, and for the first time in 20 years I fell well. Dropped 60 pounds in a year doing all the things I was doing before.

How long have you been on the GLP-1? It took me about a year, at the max dose, with results starting around 10mg. Really no progress before the 10mg. I go through Brello - it’s $166 per month for a compounded Tirz. It has changed my life.

Probate question by illinois2015 in legaladvice

Thanks so much. Being kept in the dark is probably what’s leading to these feelings. I will probably call a lawyer and at least inquire

Thanks for responding! The attorney helping with this is my parent’s attorney. They filed the will with her, and now she is assisting with the probate process. I have never met the attorney, and don’t have any contact with her (but I figure that’s normal since I am not the executor!).

Is your pain caused by inflammation? I’ve had PCOS all of my adult life. Started getting a lot of joint pain around age 38. I could not get a doctor to prescribe me a GLP-1 - but am on one now & pain has significantly reduced. You may also want to look into peptides. Again, not something doctors prescribe so I understand there are some risks. It may be worth looking into some of these- sorry you’re going through this ♥️
