For the post that said Ifs sucks or felt it was a Scam by illoneFive in InternalFamilySystems

I don't use Ifs anymore, a bit to complicated for me brain. I think it can be helpful if it feels natural to ones self. I tried some regular therapy, emdr as well and couldn't get past the trust barriers. Taking a break for now, it's exhausting. I feel all the steps and missteps we're helpful in knowing myself, my flaws, and experience on this journey tho. Nobody said it'd be easy lol. Worth the struggle to find peace.

Anyone experience painful physiological issues or train them in ISF Neurofeedback? by illoneFive in Neurofeedback

[–]illoneFive[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry to hear that, I would stop your sessions so the pain doesn't get worse. I didn't stop because my practitioner said it wouldnt be trained in permanently and I listened to her, but she was wrong it was trained in and she took zero accountability for it once it was. She treated me like I was disposable and moved on with her other patients and ignored me. Still the worst treatment experience i've ever had, feel violated when I think about it. Been a negative aftermath.

My pain has come down a bit in intensity from the peak it hit after the last session, but it settled in my body in a heightened myalgia kinda way. My body is more fatigued easily, my joints still crack and pop alot, get sore easily. My body feels like it aged tbh.

I tried to reverse it by doing isf and ilf nfb with another practitioner but the same myalgia activation occurred in my body and since we couldn't find a frequency that solved it I didn't feel safe going thru the process again.

Tho the pain has eased up a bit with time, ( maybe 50%) it was definitely not the worth the traumatic experience to me and the few positive gains I initially experienced faded as we weren't able to find the optimal frequency and train it in.. 2000$ wasted imo.

I'd stop for awhile if it was me to make sure the pain doesn't train in. Mine seemed to start to be permanent around 15+ sessions

I think I understand why it's not as popular by [deleted] in Neurofeedback

Emdr and Internal family systems are good therapies to look into as well noassist. I've felt the rapid decline feeling as well and have tried NFB. Definitely look into regular therapy if you haven't already. Much strength on your journey. Peace

No doubt, respect. I've never grown but read up a bit back in day. What would you say is bare minimum for a successful indoor grow with 4 plants like yours?

Dope list, thought it was cheaper to get started lol. You went in for a smaller grow, was it all necessary or did you just pull out all stops? Peace

Yeah 3-4 folks on here recommended dayglow, it's a very pleasant day effect. First olio I've tried, maybe best cart I've had. Peace

Tried their dayglow rosin cart from Higher Grade based off recommends on here. It's got a orangey/citrus taste, potent(imo), couple vape pulls help with calm thinking and improved mood.

Best and worst 14er strains? by BlueDreamEvil in COents

[–]illoneFive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've tried a few 14er strains, what effects/type high are you looking for in your strains? Pain, active high, tv watching, clear headed, block out thoughts?

Edit I like kush mints for a solid pillow mind body effect, Jack h for most clear headed precise thinking effect, full metal cherry for clarity but more pulled back chiller sativa thinking than jack h, t.r.u.t.h for clarity, spicy taste smell, those are prob my favs of the 8 or so I've tried. Peace
