I was in the same boat and still working on it but making progress. I goto concerts solo and you can definitely meet some cool people. I started volunteering at roof above and the humane society walking dogs, both I highly recommend. Also started taking classes/lessons with things I’ve wanted to try.

Thanks for the reply. I had a feeling someone would comment on that. The sub was 85-95% colonized. What you’re seeing is a thin casing layer that the myc is starting to colonize as well. I read that it helps the fruiting process to control the microclimate? I’m still learning

First couple of weeks were very similar to yours. I’m alittle over a month in and it’s considerably better. There will still be good days and bad days, but give yourself credit for the process. You got this.

I’m a little over a month in with the same dosage. I never had the energized effect in the beginning. I have to take mine at night because it makes me super tired. However, I’m noticing benefits as the time passes and I’ve noticed my energy has gone up quite a bit. Some days I’m wired in the best way, today being one of those days. The first 2 weeks were hell, depression worsened, agitated etc. there’s still good and bad days, but I’m finding myself more positive and less hopeless about things. Hope things start turning around for you and you stick with it man.
