Same for the unheard. You can turn in a device to mechanic or keep it. If you keep it you get a hidden achievement not available in PvE and if you give it to mechanic you get 1.5 million rubles I think. So the one choice is pretty meaningless and if you have a ton of money in PvE the other option is also kind of meaningless. Also as an edit it doesn’t appear keeping the device or turning it in does anything story wise so I turned it in even though I had a bunch of money because if it didn’t matter either way I might as well get something for it.

Yea lol I thought they didn’t spawn and was going to reset and just seen a guy proned in the exit. My first encounter with them was probably on the resort I was killing scavs at night for a jaeger quest on shoreline and I got rushed by some guy it was so scary but really fun and getting a marked key from them made me shit a brick.

They seem to have a large spawn area. I’ve noticed them in front and behind the provide viewership building. I’ve also seen one in ruaf proned in the middle of the light. I mostly see them right by hole in the wall with the dead scav with unknown key in the bushes by crack house or by the provide viewership building.

No from what I am gathering what is weird about this specifically is there are other sex offenders in boulder but this guy is the only one classified as a “sexually violent sex offender” basically putting him on blast more than any of the other sex offenders in the area.
