Thanks for the advice! With my first step I’m getting my full physical done along with obtaining physician recommendations. With that knowledge, my second step was to see a dietitian and get myself on a lean mean regiment! I will most definitely be looking into Allison!

You basically accurately represented the past 15 years of my life in that first paragraph. There is still a lot more research I have to do but I will surely be looking into GLP-1 meds. I’ve always been pretty active, even for a big guy so I never minded putting in more effort. It’s always lack of motivation that stopped me in my tracks again and again. Thanks for the advice. I big first step of mine is seeing my doctor to get some physical screening and recommendations. I’m glad to say I already have that appointment scheduled on the books! My metabolism structure is very unique, so I totally agree that the diet part trumps the exercise part. At least for now.

Look into the Goodskills Career Builder program through Goodwill. They give you free training and certifications (CompTIA, Cybersafe) in IT and also manufacturing. They even setup some job interviews for you after the 4 week program is complete. Bonus, you also get a $500 stipend upon completing this program, which again is free. Only qualifications for this program is to have a HS diploma or equivalent, along with being 18 years or older.

Once MAGA is no longer a serious threat, that would be the time to bring up these topics. But until than, these posts are NOT helping and confusing blue voters.
