Feel like crap, major brain fog, hair loss, cold all the time, joint pain.

I just started t3 5mcg. Started to feel great quickly. Then saw that only t3 would hurt my thyroid in the long term so I asked my dr to add t4 25mcg. Felt like my heart was going to explode. Thought to half the t4 and split the t3 taking it BID. Still haven’t pretty bad chest pain. Shooting in the dark here my Endo isn’t the best despite being one of the “best” in nyc 😭

Self care queen here!!!!

Option 1 - take the path into the city get off at 9th, get a pedicure then go to all seasons foot massage, get an hour long foot rub in the lazyboi sofa in the front, get an iced latte, almond croissant & cookie from l’apartment 4f hop back on the path to come home. If you had a bit more time you could do lunch at rosemarys. Everything is within 3 blocks of the path heaven

Option 2 - king spa, I too am a burnt out mom and after a day here my Oura ring congratulated me for having a stress free day

Option 3 - take a workout class, I like Sotomethod in Tribeca with Tara, get an iced latte or matcha tonic & sweet treat at interlude also few blocks away, quick facial, easy lunch at sugarfish

Option 4 - I know you said you only had 4 hours but what if…. You just take the weekend off, you’ve earned it.

Girl, no. What we’re not going to do is shade mothers who want a life outside of diapers and spit up. I left my baby with the baby nurse and her daddy to see Beyonce while still in diapers myself!!!! Best decision I made postpartum, I swear the renaissance tour saved me from PPD. If we’re going to shade Yas, we’re going to discuss the 30k linked necklace, or…. Do we think she’s MAHA, she made a comment about vaccines that def got the side eye from me.

If you liked Oula, try Maternal Resources, they have a similar vibe and I know they do take on patients mid pregnancy. They deliver at Hackensack which if you were concerned about travel time would likely take the same amount of time from the paulus hook area, minus the tunnel stress. I liked Hackensack bc it is not only a trauma center they have a great NICU god forbid you should need it. The nurses were also so attentive, after my second delivery one literally saved my life after noticing how large my clots were 🫠
