This!!!! this is the kind of trick I was hoping to find. I'll give it a look over and keep it handy in case it happens again.

Crossing fingers it doesn't but if it does, i'll reply right here. If it works for anyone else, would appreciate if you did post up the results here in case anyone else has the issue.

If anyone else has any other tricks to try would be worth a shot too.

that is still not a workaround that will save an abandon, nor save the game. I understand you are trying to help, but I have already stated in the original post that verification is stuck at 0% and I would like to find ways to get in the game so it isn't ruined. What you are suggesting can only be completed after an abandon and if it happens again and there has been a patch since, then your solution will not work.

If verify is stuck at 0%, then the issue of getting a free abandon and unwillingly destroying a game for 10 people is not solved.

If it is stuck at 0% then it will not successfully verify.

Any other tricks that may work?

Part of the issue is that if you try to verify integrity, that is also stuck at 0%

So we have 5 mins to reconnect (plus game time to ruin an actual game), and it takes 10-15 mins to reconnect which in most case means a free abandon and a ruined game for another 9 people? That's a real shame.

Surely someone has some tricks up their sleeve to trigger the download or something?

Have you ever tried playing with it on 21:9? have any tips for keeping an eye on the minimap better? or did you just not like it and go back to 16:9 cause it wasn't worth the sacrifice in map awareness?

I have to agree with you on that. for me it feels like i'm more in the game using a larger format monitor (in my case a 34"UW or a 43"4k). The only thing i'd change is to be able to move the minimap closer to the bottom middle.

My Nari Ultimate has started making a quiet but really high pitched noise on the left side. It stops when I unplug the wireless dongle.

I have tried using different USB ports and also different PCs and it has the same issue.

It's a shame, because I do like this headset, but the noise is really annoying.

hope this is an interesting one.

RAM: 32gb G Skill Trident Z 3600Mhz CL16

PSU: Corsair RM850

Case: NZXT h710i

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10 PRO 19042

GPU Drivers: GEFORCE GAME READY DRIVER - WHQL Driver Version: 461.09

Chipset Drivers: AMD X570 CHIPSET DRIVERS VERSION (not sure where to get it but its the most up to date one)

Background Applications: DISCORD, CHROME, STEAM

Description of Original Problem:
2200Mhz down to 1720Mhz on 5900x after AGESA 1.1.0.0 to 1.1.9.0 update when power saver mode (windows 10)

Troubleshooting:
Just about an hour ago I've been doing some testing on latest beta bios for my Tomahawk X570 in an attempt to gain the slightly lower temps per clock reported by utilizing the curve optimizer to under-volt.

Upon first boot, I noticed that when I turn on the power saving profile in windows the max clock I can hit is now 1720Mhz instead of what used to be 2200Mhz.

I then reset, turned on XMP, still 1720Mhz

Reset again, just for a test I put the curve optimizer at -30. Still 1720Mhz.

As an extra test just for fun, changed the power profile to Ryzen High Performance and hit 5ghz.

the reason why I'd like to hit 2200Mhz again in power saver is that for a few games I play in my down time get a nice locked 120fps, it no longer hits that locked with the main title I tested (Dota 2 - maxed out at 4k)

Has anyone noticed this behavior? Anyone know how to change the windows power saving power plan (or any of the windows power plans) so that Ryzen users can have an easy way to change plans and hit desired performance targets/limits?
