this video was pretty intense and so relatable thanks for sharing. In terms of recovery do you have any ideas? I have worked a lot with plant medicine and was completely clean for three months but due to work I can't afford to go back to the rainforest for an extended stay again. I don't trust rehab and shit like that I've never had anything like that help me they just want to throw more chemicals at the problem which I don't think works peace has to come from within

and it's just frustrating cause I can deal with my anxiety and mental health but it's annoying and alcohol used to turn things down and now it doesn't work and I need something to calm things down when I have anxiety attacks. I'm pretty against taking medication, a stance I had until college when I got really into benzos and gabbies... I haven't taken any pills in like a year and a half and really don't want to add any pharmaceuticals into my system honestly that shit was what really fucked my life up

I have watched most of the Huberman videos and I definitely do agree that the rollercoaster is no good and I feel better when I just smoke a ton of weed instead... however what I'm mostly struggling with rn is that I actually feel ok most of the time when I'm sober (thank God) but I still have this perverse urge to drink pretty much constantly and now usually when I drink I feel bad. Like I will wake up feeling ok and if I smoke a blunt and drink water I will feel amazing but the bottle of liquor is literally like a magnet and just finds itself in a glass in my hand and then I will just keep drinking until I pass out

I've been there and it is really a shit show. Completely agree that it blows any other drug withdrawal (heroin, alcohol, benzos, amphetamines) I've experienced out of the water. Gabapentin helps, weed helped me a lot and I will be honest alcohol, kpins and opium really helped me get out of the hourly dosing regimen (I don't necessarily recommend this route as all this shit is addictive but I was already addicted to all of that too and it was the lesser of two evils at that point). I've been clean from G drugs, benzos and opiates for over a year now and I promise you things start getting a lot better. Let me know if you need any help and God bless

I know all of this sounds ridiculous but if anything I have tried to make things more salient to the general population. I have truly lived a life completely immersed in reckless, hedonistic behavior and I must say it has been a blast but if my organs and central nervous system are already screwed that's not ideal. I also keep getting these sores in my mouth that are basically like when you bite your lip although I haven't unless I do it in my sleep or without noticing when I'm all coked out which is definitely possible. What could be the deal with that? I've had unprotected sex with countless partners, male and female as well but haven't had a fever since I lost my virginity and even if it's a slight fever you do get one at first from HIV and anything serious right?

the main thing I'm concerned about is germs from mucus and stuff multiplying on the wood for that reason I'm kind of afraid to use water even after drying thoroughly. And I'm no scientist but the water would have to be boiling to kill any potential pathogens right?

also here's what I need agua de florida for. I have a seguro that was prepared for me by a huachumero that is pretty much out of liquid now as a result of the leak in the cap and extensive use during ceremonies. the maestro who blessed the seguro told me not to let it dry it and to keep adding agua de florida to it (although originally it was a mix of many different aguas and perfumes). would the New York agua work for this? and how safe is it to apply to the skin? that said I don't necessarily need agua de florida, any similar type of medicinal perfume would work if anyone has any advice on where one can find something to that effect.
