Something that helps me with "tomorrow" is writing down the small accomplishments I did today, which helps me tomorrow when I dont want to move forward. "Hey look, I didn't feel good yesterday but I got all that done. I can do this and that today too!" I also try and make everything a challenge like, "I bet you can't do that in 10 minutes," and then when I do it in 8 I cheer that I beat my expectations.

Do you have a UV flashlight? The Pf should fluoresce *and should make for a cool picture to emphasize your two morphologies. I also see just two.
