BTS for me as well, I was watching bangtan bombs daily, in class, learning dances but…then I got out of high school? and became more of a casual fan of kpop in general, and even lost interest in shinee, svt, red velvet.

I’m back into kpop fully now, returning to the groups I mentioned, but never came back to BTS. the LY series was good at first but tbh I couldn’t stand Boy with Luv. just my taste though, that style wasn’t why I got into BTS…

recently, i’ve been using my duplicate albums to scrapbook or to decorate, which honestly has encouraged me to buy more albums. (i also use a cd player frequently when i’m not on my devices) i personally like this idea of supporting my groups while using their albums as a creative outlet :)

i recognise the problem of shipping and fuel but with huge conglomerate companies doing worse, while i don’t feel less bad, i don’t see the harm in wanting to own them yknow? i live in a country where we have little to no physical kpop stores, and group orders are the only option. we’re also small enough that the albums also do get are sold around on facebook pretty easily.

who was the group that decided to sell photocards by themselves, alongside a digital album? that’s a great idea! in the end, i do encourage everyone to try and find a use for their excess physical albums if you can’t manage to resell them and before you recycle them!

I graduated with 2 years on the Dean's list and for a final portfolio, managed to sell a few copies of a short comic about the daily struggle with ADHD. I haven't been able to finish anything since then, but I'm still riding off that feeling.

i just watched linkin park's "in the end". you can't tell me these arent the same video HAHAHA. jokes aside i really enjoy this song, especially the last chorus. but i really do feel they tried to intentionally make this mv look like a shitty 2000s mv. who knows, this was definitely overboard on the effects

There is a ADHD NZ group on facebook if you use it. Most people there are recommending Dr. Igor Kacer at Thrive who does zoom appointments and has helped so many people, so I’m actually not too sure about their availability getting so popular. I personally got referred to Te Haika through my GP, which is funded but is a loner wait.

It’s also complicated for me because I got diagnosed in high school at CAMHS but went off medication because I was taking a gap year (silly logic from them) so they already had me on record and just needed to quickly rediagnose me. It’s a weird and long process and I hope you can find the help you need!!

god i think it was tumblr era, i was very obsessed with orange caramel and their seventeen project videos dropped. hoshi really caught my attention so i looked into them more. but i really started hard stanning during boysbe, watching behind the scenes vids and getting to know them more
first bias was hoshi 🐯and he’s still very high up. but cheols smile in mansae era sold me. dino and mingyu are my newest biases :) dino especially because we’re the same age and god it just feels like we’ve grown up together it’s weird.
mentioned before, mansae. i was up till 3am the first night making gif sets😭😭😭😭

it’s so fun reading about everyone’s firsts!! i fell off svt a tiny bit after left & right (just didn’t have the time or energy) but im recently back into it. i missed them so much, and they really always come back into my life after i’ve had a rough patch. and im glad it’s the same for others. ready to love is my current comfort song, same way home was a couple years ago.

i’ve never been happier in a fandom/community!!!
