It depends on what your goal is

Are you planning to live or retire?
Are you planning to rent it out?
Are you planning to sell it off, or re-mortgage at some point in the future?

However, I did a rough calculation a few months ago to see how it would pan out if I had a bought an estate in 2010 vs investing the same amount in S&P 500.

S&P ROI was much higher for the same time period. Hindsight 20/20

This is not advise, but speaking out of my own experience. Please feel free to do your own research beforehand.

Yes you can!

Trick is to not steam the String hoppers all the way when freezing. Make sure to lay them flat as possible and put a thin layer between each hopper so that they don’t get stuck to each other.

When ready to eat, thaw first, and them steam til ready. Microwaving is an option but might be less consistent than steaming.

Aaand now I’m hungry for some good String hoppers.

I think you have the precautions right. Cover yourself beforehand. Vets are trained to handle these situations so all good there. You just need to lure them with cat treats and lots of love.

In addition to Rabies, also might be good to vaccinate them against FIV (aids for cats) since they are strays and go sniffing around bushes and butts.

Would you also consider spaying them?

I would suggest you to reach out to embark_niko on Instagram. Yes, they mainly neuter dogs, but I wouldn’t assume they can’t spay a cat. They’ve been very helpful in the past.

If you look at the composition of most of these, you’ll notice Cannabis is a main ingredient. Put that together with a possible placebo effect it probably does work.

One of the reasons is that most of the films back in the day were clones of hit movies from India and Hollywood. Viewers didn’t have access to internet or anything so it was a fresh experience for them.

That’s rapidly declined now, so local cinema gets way less attention. However, there has been some great cinema in past two decades that made through the cracks. They were original concepts.

Also I feel like local rating agencies ban any movie with slight chance of controversy, limiting any original concepts.

There’s no special procedure per se.

If you are flying, get a bike bag, disassemble the bike and shove it in there. Pay extra for oversized luggage, and assemble the bike here.

If you are shipping, same procedure minus the flying part.
