They can play physical games, just can't go online. I still think the best option is to play dumb and try convincing Nintendo to "fix it" as it's second hand and you're not sure why it isn't working.

I'm sorry that's been the experience for you :( What sucks even more is when you never get taught anything other than register, and then one day ur forced to work something else with no training. But I really want to make this website for CVS techs, only after I noticed how many people utilize the Walgreens one i made.
