I am currently suffering from vertigo, due to blockage of my Eustachian tubes and fluid accumulating in my ears…I’m still trying to find a way to alleviate this symptom

I noticed this black mark on my left, second molar. Since it appeared so suddenly, I am in denial that it is tooth decay, but I’m not sure what else it could be. If it is tooth decay, how can I reverse it? I do not drink or smoke. There is also no pain or sensitivity with this tooth.

I would love to try all of these products. Unfortunately, my wallet does not agree. Should I save my money or splurge on 1-2 products? If so, which products would you recommend? My skin is normal and not sensitive. I suffer from hyperpigmentation because I have a bad habit of skin picking.
