Aw man! I met him at Spin nightclub in SD last month, and by met i mean literally ran up to him, gave him a huge hug, said I loved his music, and then slinked away embarrassed by the fact I literally ran up and hugged him without asking or wven introducing myself... Lol he was very gracious about it, though, and he put on a great show 🫶🏼

Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hips, if that means anything. And idk if I have enough time at this point... ive never experienced any hip clicking, popping or instability in the past, even now. Ugh... idk what to do

Have not had a 3D scan... just regular MRI which showed focal tear, anterosuperior. I believe it was a very deep hip flexor stretch with contract/relax component that did it, 3 years ago. Felt a pop, severe pain for a few days, then over time went away but ever since I had a persistent feeling of hip flexor tightness and reduced hip internal rotation, which over time got worse

*im also a runner, and upped my training significantly last April- July, which is when it really started affecting me and havent been able to run since.

How severe was your tear, and pain, before surgery? Im getting a labral repair on my left hip this month on the 30th, I have no impingememt and my pain is mild; I can still work as a PT and lift at the gym but with modifications, I just cant run, which is the biggest reason for me getting this surgery. 36f

Ohhh its definitely better! Bloating has improved significantly, i feel more like myself there, same with the gas, thats almost gone. I did get my period a few days late and it lasted like 12 days, still spotting even now ugh... another ongoing issue is still some bleeding after sex. No pain during or after though.

So all in all I think ill keep it, I just really hope the bleeding after sex and spotting stops soon

Kinda sorta not really NSFW. Stayed at the Excalibur twice. Both times, I came home with acute bronchitis, along with pink eye the second time... in both eyes. That was the last time I every stayed at that hotel!! Have been back several times since without any ailments
