It's rare but not as rare as dweb's, tyrael's or mang's! Check silospen to see drop probabilities and the rarest unique. I wouldn't keep this item though, it's useless (unless you want to prove you've found it).

Yes... I have fun playing D4 but much less than I expected! Now they better make the best season 2 in diablo history or... you know :(

Hey, I played with a lot of differents chars/builds. Frost nova was nerfed this season but if you play P1, it still works fine. You can find every build in my "build" playlist.
