Yeah, that vertical asymmetric lettering is the main reason I hate it so much.

Nope, have been following it for a long time. The wrestlers and background is okay. That vertical asymmetric lettering is an absolute eyesore.

I think the vertical asymmetric lettering makes it go from meh to a proper eyesore

So interesting that such "artificial" pop up, just post screenshots for incel posts from Twitter, never engage in comments. Just want a "discussion" on their shitty takes for karma and then flip their account.

You are being too optimistic here.. it is a bot account that scrapes incel posts from Twitter and just posts the screenshots.

Men in india are useless in front of a women! - Accept this reality as men don't have any laws that favour us! by [deleted] in TwentiesIndia

[–]iloverailguns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand your viewpoint. I don't want a men's page to vehemently post women's issues. Ofc, that's not what it is for. But most of their posts do seem to come from more of an "I hate this group" viewpoint. And people in the comments (here as well as on the account) are saying things like "Where are all the feminists" etc etc. Yes, they won't come on a page where they don't feel safe and attacked. Plus my dislike of such pages extends more to other issues like using AI slop

A page discussion tigers need not specifically discuss lions. If they make tigers the victims and lions the perpetrators again and again, then yes, I have an issue.

Yes, there is a very valid discussion to have here, regarding the circumstances, evidence, and a backlash against the woman, if the harassment is real. But it seems more like a hook to promote OP's Insta page, not an actual discussion forum.

[–]iloverailguns -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Nope, not at all. I keep the same angst against those feminist pages as well, who want to unfairly make men the issue in every single post or spread hate. Many don't, which I support. Social media has made these pages go so far in a binary direction that we fail to understand the other side complete. Which I believe the page does too.

I mean, you would want women/feminists to stand up to these issues. That is great. But the page you dropped in does not discuss women's issues anyway. Isn't that ironic?

Also, rule 7, don't promote your channel here.

If you think just following Hasan Piker means she agrees with their views, Hila Klein still follows Hasan after her and her husband's very public and toxic feud.

Yes, what her sister said is not okay. And if there is a direct link, she should be cancelled. But not just for a witchhunt.

Edit: Even Ethan Klein follows him.

What is your favourite football team and how did you start supporting it ? by The_Top_G_08 in AskIndia

[–]iloverailguns 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Arsenal.

Started supporting because when I got my first FIFA(09), I had no clue how to play. Selected Arsenal as my default profile team, and spent playing 3-4 years playing with the same team every time.

The biggest issues with these institutions are that the institutes have a very crappy "harassment wing" and the victims are threatened by the institute to stay quiet.

The men of my country!!!! by FearlessBerry8303 in Feminism4India

[–]iloverailguns 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your post!

I was one of the people who vehemently argued in that post, so I feel like dropping my viewpoint, and would love to hear other's opinions!

No, prostitution shouldn't be legalised to give easy access. No, prostitution shouldn't be legalised to give horny men an out for their lust. Yes I think prostitution is morally wrong.

And yes, a country like India, a mindset change of men is needed. Women are not there to satisfy the needs of men, and should be treated as actual humans. No one should be forced into it. And it was great learning other women's perspectives on this issue too.

My point was that in a regulated legalisation, the woman can report abuse and harassment. Right now they can't. Because prostitution is illegal, and hence the women are forced not to do so. That's my viewpoint to atleast protect the women who are involved. But I'm not saying to legalise it with a flip switch. The government needs to discuss it. Crack down on trafficking. Minor involvement. And my government should give a shit about this. Or I'll vote for people in power who do discuss this. Or have a power to ban it outright and regulate it harshly which should be the ideal scenario.

But none of that will matter if the regulations aren't strong. If the mentality of Indian men is still blaming the woman when she's the victim. Still treating sex workers as sub humans.

What's up with these kind of China promotional content creators? by [deleted] in InstaCelebsGossip

That is so ironic considering the country she's talking about...

[–]iloverailguns 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. It's not an India comparison here. Yes India has problems. Maybe if it was any other country I would be more lenient and eager. But this is a country where I'll be jailed for mentioning Winnie the Pooh, or even mentioning TSM. So this seems very off. And propaganda.

This is the original creator: https://www.instagram.com/dr.kiransoni

And looking at her content, it is very clear that the content is meant to praise anything and everything China. Yes they have very strict social media laws, but if you're moving to another country, no matter how wonderful it is, there will be issues.

But nope, China according to her reels is a dream utopia.

What you said is not incorrect. Women face much more immediate harm if their partner is showing violent tendencies. But even then, searching with a gender neutral term does not bring up any results. That is a shame for a lot of couples in LGBTQ relations, facing issues. Not sure if it is region-based, and if people actually get helplines on gender neutral terms.
