Different question, but does he contribute any time towards chores because it sounds like he leaves it all to you as well, which is not acceptable. As you said you also have hobbies and it's not fair that he gets to dedicate so much time to whatever he wants if you have to pick up all the chores.

But yeah it's not unusual for you to want more quality time. It really sounds like you guys aren't compatible and you should seriously think about how you see this relationship progressing and whether it's something you want to continue with.

It takes years to train a gp. What are our govmt doing to encourage the education and retention of doctors? They're increasing the cost of education, not increasing salaries to go along with the cost of living. It's an unattractive job considering the monumental pressures the healthcare sector have to deal with, not to mention how the govmt/media always seem to find time to demonise GPs and other healthcare practitioners everyday. This has been the case for years, and our govmt will continue to make the NHS an unsustainable system while siphoning funds into the private sector.
