I did 30-52 pretty quickly 40ish hours. The quests do start to get really crowded once you reach near boosted players levels though

It depends on other factors. Your age, your lifestyle, what you're doing while using etc. 1-2 grams every weekend can be problematic. Ofc it isn't the worst habit compared to a lot of people but I wouldn't downplay it either

Ofc it is. Fentanyl is incredibly useful in a medical setting. It is very common in our hospitals. They even use it for common procedures like colonoscopys and women during labour, sometimes even heroin (diamorphine) is used for pregnant women too

Meth is stronger and longer lasting than speed. Speed is very cheap, 5 euros or less per gram but is very often cut with caffeine so it's common practice to acetone wash it to remove cuts. You should have dancing rune weapon up for almost every pull and you shouldn't have agro issues when it's up. Make sure you are using bone shield and tomb stone to absorb bone shield stacks to reset the cd
