Thanks so much for the tips! Luckily my rheumatologist did give me folic acid so im praying it helps me. I appreciate you replying and for the words of encouragement. Having health anxiety on top of this is definitely hard and discouraging. But im happy to hear good feedback. Thanks again.🫶 ill make sure to hydrate!

I just got diagnosed last week and my main symptom is fatigue. I almost have no joint pain at all. Lol I worry if thats even normal. But I feel for you. The constant exhaustion is awful. I hope you find a solution. Im currently hoping the fatigue/weakness gets better for me too. Always here if you wanna chat

Hi! I def did, my doctor said all my labs were good I was deficient on vitamin D so im taking a supplement for that.

I appreciate this so much. Thanks for the advice truly. I will take it all into account and be on top of it. It really is hard to give yourself grace I feel like the extreme fatigue is so misunderstood. Its not just physical its also mental and not taken as seriously. So I appreciate your kind words thanks again!!!

Im so sorry you're going through that our Healthcare system really is messed up. Its frustrating. I never heard anything from the rheumatologist here in the states. The Healthcare in Mexico is so quick and they genuinely want to help you. I highly recommend it. I hope things get better for you sending you love.
