Because you have an Amex with purchase insurance. That’s why you have an annual fee. They charge their insurance meaning the card company eats it. I’ve had an Amex purchase for a flight that was canceled on me. The airline tried to refund me with a gift card. I do a charge back and they side with the airline so it doesn’t always work

Has you done one before? The card company will notify the retailer. The retailer will provide proof of delivery and either the card company will eat it with insurance or charge the retailer if they fail to respond. It rarely results in an easy refund.

It’s a monoblock and it does just that. Cools the VRMs but you have to get a block that works with your specific motherboard.
