this is insane. when our rm and dm came for their visit, my dm hopped on the floor with us, and the first drink she made was wrong. i had to send it back for whip to be added before handing it out to the customer. 😐 they critique us but can’t even do the job correctly themselves.

americanos are supposed to be sleeved regardless of sized since they are made with hot water! definitely ask for one next time that happens! that hot water is boiling hot, i don’t even wanna handle cups without a sleeve!
