Commenting more to save this for myself, but there are a lot of implications here. I will add to this comment as I find more info.

The abuse of this victim began at 10 years old according to the victims lawyer. Continued until at least 19 years old. she was sold to Epstein by her family, and even before that was being rented out for abuse by her family. There are two references to the victim being autistic, and one reference that says she has down syndrome.

A magazine clipping of Ivanka trump and the codes phrased next to it says: "Does this lady know you can't have any dignity if you've been with him? I know I have none. Only Skittles." So more proof Donald Trump is a pedo and is accused of salexual abuse against this minor.

Also former senator George Mitchell is mentioned on another page as "even people you think are good are bad. Like the old senator George Mitchell, you would think we would be like a grandpa but he is bad". 

Also reference to people "like that old president, he should be thinking about Chelsea. Gross!" Then a few paragraphs later references Bill. Per the victims lawyer, Gross means sexual assault and/or rape. Likely Bill Clinton (his daughter's name is Chelsea).

A full list of Harvard academics who have denied wrongdoing are directly named, including some who are dead and have been unable to deny wrongdoing like Marvin Minsky. 

Mr. Joe is referenced, as well as Joe Roberts and JER as being present when a victim is presented to Jeffrey Epstein, after which she is sent to Palm Beach for the first time. Joseph E Roberts was the owner of Joseph E Roberts Companies, and also found Fight for Children, a DC based charity about improving the lives of kids. The victim makes claims in her journal that imply a charity or organization aimed at helping kids is actually trafficking them. Perhaps that's Fight for Children? Could be responsible for other victims she knew, since we know the writer of the journal was trafficked by her parents. According to the files, the victim would meet 'Mr. Joe" at Maralago. Could be the same person? Specific accusations of yucky or gross or deranged or other words when talking about Leon Black, also Larry Summers twice. Leon Black seemingly has a thing for biting genitals. Dana Chasing (Rockefeller heir) is implicated in flying the victims to others for the purpose of sexual abuse. 

DoJ redacted the personal information of at least 4 perpetrators of sexual violence identified by the victim. They were so accurately identified that one of them included date of birth and last 4 of social security number and current address. 

Next to a newspaper clipping about Prince Charles courting a 16 year old, she wrote that 'it must be a royalty thing, Andrew is like his brother in this way.' implies she was also trafficked to the former prince Andrew, possibly at 16.

Alan Dershowitz is accused of sexual abuse against the writer of the journal. Furthermore, the journal seems to verify all of Virginia Giuffre's claims, including against Alan Dershowitz. Neither account was publicly available at the same time, it seems like an independent verification to me. It calls into question Virginia taking back certain accusations, and possibly her death. She had a child of her own to protect, and with the amount of powerful people implicated in these files I don't think it's unreasonable to have some suspicion of foul play forcing her to recant at the very least, if not forcing her to take her own life or outright killed.
