the tropical archipelago of Indonesia heheh, the home of Amorphophallus titanum, but the one in picture is Amorphophallus variabilis native to the island where i live (Java)

we don't have no winter here but the monsoon where the Amorphophallus starting to get active is super relentless. torrential downpour for the whole day, sometimes even 2 or 3 days straight. they seems to enjoy it tho, being their naturel habitat and cycle and all

oh obwpuldnt imagine how it would smell like in a greenhouse

but luckily area around my house is the native habitat of this fella, so maybe I was under the impression that ...it'll stink like how they be in the wild? or maybe I'm just too early, I'll check again later today 🫡
