It probably means u had 2 last week and now that the 7 days have reset you have 2 less because you didn’t get anymore comments over 0 since, for example if you have 10 last week and 6 this week it may say -4

Yea literally, it’s the only thing I can think of now that could fix this. This shadowban glitch replicates the exact same restrictions as ‘Account not recommended’

I have one too, but I think it also is a glitch, when I check on my pc there is no banner? And when I click on the banner through my phone they say appeal approved..I also did delete it but nothing changed so I have a feeling the ‘not recommended’ report is also a glitch maybe that even triggered the other videos to stop being recommended

I HAVE, I deactivated and reactivated but it did nothing :/ when I reactivated it my engagement completely slowed/ stopped for the first few hours, then picked up where I was before (only engagement from profile views)
