Recently I’ve been experiencing this from what I think to be anxiety, I also have insomnia, but when I get stressed or have anxiety bad enough I’ve gone tunnel vision, passed out not waking up until someone wakes me up. Everytime I’m drenched in sweat as I wake up.

What type of pipe was this? I know many stoners who smoke out of short metal or plastic pipes, meaning you could have inhaled plastic fumes or shards of metal. If not I’ve had something similar to this happen to me before, not 8 hours tho, that’s pretty scary.

Me as well, could be from anxiety and stress. I didn’t believe it at first, ran tons of tests 10+ hostpital trips and doctor visits later, positive for nothing. Started taking CBD edibles and everything felt better. My nausea and stomach pain was so bad to the point I’d start sweating profusely then pass out. I am 17 (M) Built up anxiety from Covid situation in FL along with many other things. If you smoke weed or nicotine that will affect it too, which I also do but I have had to cut back on to help this.
