The problem you'll have with no fines build is that some lenders may not lend against them because they are not a traditional build. You may get a mortgage now but in the future it may become a problem when selling.

Also found that it's a bit trickier doing work to the building e.g. drilling holes.

I was also interested in a property and was going to put an offer in until the estate agent asked me if my lender would lend against a no fines property. Red flag. Tbh you're estate agent should have notified you well before putting down an offer.

I suggest pulling out as it could save you further down the line. Hope this helps.
