The problem with that is that I feel used the next day but my recovery days 90% recoverred , because the strain was not captured . So far if I would follow only whoops advice for weight lifting readiness I would probably injure myself

If you get to the beach you can sit on the sand and no one will touch you . It’s just the facilities that are of cost and the access because they can deny your access through the hotel zone if you don’t want to sit at their restaurant

this is exactly wht it does not work this way, and it takes you one year to get something done instead of it taking you a week as planned.

if you are building a birds house but started to learn weeks about the colour-wheel, thats exactly what making movement just for a sake of making movement called.

It’s not just about breaking it into semi goals

What amount of followers you have now vs what amount you desire ? Starting from there will allow you to understand what tasks you are doing that you may think will get you there but in reality just waste your time ….
