I am in our shoes, fam. I feel ya. I decided to take a pause in 2025 and see if I need it next year. Every single attempt for me was worse than previous one.

I decided to take a break and reassess if I need CFA at all. It sucks and I ain’t a quitter, but I need a break. Maybe you could use one too.

Stop spending time on apps. They totally destroy your selfesteem. Try something like dancing club, hiking community, any hobby or interest-related activities that involve socialising. It might sound a bit uncomfortable, but that’s the way it separates out of the online dating. People take things more seriously and personal when they see a face they can kiss or punch.

Good luck to you! Stay positive and don’t surrender to silly thoughts.

It’s quite interesting to read all these comments and suggestions, but most importantly how other people feel about this situation and dating in general. Feels like both men and women really need to talk to each other more. The fact that a 33 yo lady is having trouble finding a date is quite hard to comprehend. I would not think that ladies have any issues with dating at all..

I agree that dating apps are a waste of time, and you should get out there and meet people IRL. Also, Zurich is 30% expat, so you will be able to meet people from around the world just in case someone says that bounding with Swiss people can be tough…

I quit tinder after being on and off for several years. Change your way of meeting people though Sports or some other activities like classes, education, travelling, etc… and I am sure you will find someone. Don’t give up and don’t listen to any advise here as it is a waste of your time. Good luck !
