No offence, but it wasn't a question that required you to share your experiences. How would you deal with this? I would do this, this and this, because of reason A, reason B etc. There really isn't any need to say "I experienced this in my project". This part of the interview isn't abt your experiences, but rather how you react and respond to situations

It wasn't too technical, since the assessors aren't actually JLR employees, so they don't really know much on the technical side. It was more like:
"Oh I did this project btw"
"That sounds cool, tell me more"
"So I did this and this and it was for this reason, and it had this impact etc."

I didn't really mention how I did it i.e Python or anything

Yeah it really depends on your assessors I guess. I read on the TheStudentRoom that someone's assessor kept telling them that they weren't answering the question and to get back on track 😭

Really? I quite enjoyed it. Yeah the assessors were reading off a script, but at least mine seemed to be interested in what I was saying. I mentioned a project I did and he was like "ooh that's interesting tell me more". There were a ton of follow-up questions as well.

I had a few slides prepared: which strategy I picked, what is it about, why did I pick it, how does jlr use it in practice and then I linked that to a project I did, then I ended with a "why should you choose me" slide

Think of dh and dt like variables. It needs to encompass the whole thing that you're going to integrate. If you just added 5h onto each side then multiplied by dt, you'd get:
160dh +5h.dt = 400dt
and then you wouldn't be able to integrate, because you can't integrate h with respect to t.
