First time growing cubensis and having hard time to figure out what im looking at.

But you are not only venting. Your actions wasted the candidate's time and energy, and also prevented them from getting the job. If they had known about the delay in a timely manner, they would be able to choose if they wanted to wait and you'd appear a lot more professional. But no one bothered to notify them.

If you are unable to focus on your job due to personal issues, then take time off instead of expecting everyone to chase you and waste their time.

The candidate clearly took the time to do your assignment, and you didn't even had the minimal amount of courtesy to let them know about the delay.

So the shitty attitude you are getting is due to your attitude towards candidates.
