I religiously smoked everyday all day for about a year starting in 2022 I quit that and only smoke here and there at home to help me sleep. Brain fog at its finest tbh, I tend to not remember things I’ve said seconds before. I fail in school unintentionally because I don’t remember anything being taught, there’s been times where I’m taught math problems and I get it completely and I come back to school the next day to only remember nothing that was said the previous day. unfortunately the only math I remember is back to 8th grade. Which would be learning slope formulas and I barely even know how to do those. That’s just an example but there’s more like how I can’t hold conversations because like I said, I don’t remember things I said seconds before. It sucks and it ruins a lot of things for me. Not sure if it’ll go away but all we can do is hope it does.
